1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Traville Travel website and the travel booking services provided by Traville Travel ("Traville", "we", "us").

By making an enquiry, requesting a quotation, confirming a booking, or making any payment to Traville Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by our full, unedited Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings & quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability and supplier pricing at the time of confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.

3. Payments

Deposit amounts, payment schedules and final payment dates vary by supplier and will be communicated in writing. Failure to pay by the due dates may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

4. Cancellations & amendments

Cancellation and amendment fees are determined by the relevant airline, resort, cruise line or tour operator and will be advised before you confirm. We will always act in your best interest to minimise any charges.

5. Travel documents & requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations or health documentation. We will advise on requirements but cannot be held liable for denied boarding or entry due to incorrect documentation.

6. Travel insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip. We can arrange suitable cover on request.

7. Liability

Traville acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. While we take great care in selecting reputable partners, we are not liable for the acts, errors or omissions of third-party suppliers.
