Records are held in relation to client bookings, supplier agreements, financial records and statutory records, subject to the protections and exclusions set out in PAIA and POPIA.
4. How to request access
Requests for access to records must be made in the prescribed form and directed to the information officer using the contact details above. A fee may be payable in accordance with the Act.
5. Grounds for refusal
Access may be refused on the grounds set out in PAIA, including the protection of third-party privacy and commercially confidential information.
